Student Registration

Our goal is to make your transition to our school district as easy as possible. We are now accepting enrollments for Kindergarten students and students new to CBSD for the 2023-2024 school year.  To enroll, click the 23-24 Student Registration link below.

CBSD uses an online registration program which allows parents/guardians to input student information and upload documentation for the enrollment process.

UPCOMING FALL 2023-2024 SCHOOL YEAR REGISTRATION

To start the online registration process for first time Kindergarten students and future students to the Columbia Borough School District for the upcoming FALL 2023-2024 school year (beginning 8/22/2023 and ending 5/31/2024) click the link below to register.

You will login or create an account in our student information system. Once you log in, you will input student information and will also be able to upload any documentation to complete the registration process.

Here's what you will need to register your child:

  • Birth Certificate

  • Current Immunization Record

  • Proof of Residency

    • Current utility bill (electric, water), current signed and dated lease, or mortgage

  • Name, address, and telephone number of prior school, if applicable

  • Withdrawal Form/Transcript from prior school, if applicable

  • IEP, if applicable

  • If student is not residing with biological parent then we will need one of the following:

    • Custody order

    • Foster care paperwork
