Shout-out to Kenny Tran and Lisbeth Alvarado-Vargas, Spanish 3 students, for entering poems in the Latin American Alliance’s Spanish Literature Contest. Kenny Tran won second place among 40 entries from 14 local school districts. Congratulations to both students!




Football Informational Meeting: Coach Mathias will be holding an informational meeting for all students entering grades 9-12 next year who wish to participate high school football. The meeting will be held immediately after school on Thursday, May 19 in the LGI. If you cannot attend the meeting or have questions see Coach Mathias.

Students in upper level history classes hear from local Vietnam Veterans about their experiences both at home and oversees during the Vietnam War. Veterans share artifacts from the Vietnam War as well as pictures and memorabilia commemorating the end of the war.



7th graders engage in a math “treasure hunt” as part of their angles and measurement unit. Students follow clues and answer content related questions to uncover the treasure.

Attention CBSD Basketball Fans: Tickets for the Boys' Basketball game tomorrow (March 12) must be purchased online. The game will be played at Spring-Ford High School at 6:00 pm.
