THE PRIMARY ROLE OF THE HOME AND SCHOOL VISITOR IS TO HELP FAMILIES ACCESS SCHOOL AND COMMUNITY RESOURCES SUCH AS:
- Basic economic needs
- Dental and vision referrals
- CHIP and MA applications
- Community and agency referrals
ASSISTANCE TO THOSE WHO ARE, OR MAY SOON BE EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS
- Crisis Intervention
- Home Visits
